In the ‘70s and ‘80s, his gourmet burgers were considered the best in the Big Apple, and lines wrapped around city blocks for a taste of his premium beef. Lola, who fast forward forty years as a budding entrepreneur and teenager, has recaptured that magic, bringing those premium time-honored recipes.
